Musician's Mental Health
Did you know that music and arts students reported higher rates of anxiety and depression symptoms compared to the general student force?*
Burnout, performance anxiety, chronic and acute physical pain, and financial stress are only a few challenges that musicians face.
You do not have to suffer alone.
Counselling can lay out resources, help explore solutions, and provide a sounding board for a long lasting career in music.

Support on Your Spiritual Journey
Whether you are going through grief and loss, reconsidering your own faith, or longing to connect with or explore a spiritual or religious path for the first time - spiritual counselling can offer a different lens on healing and suffering.

Spiritual counselling looks at an individual’s beliefs and values. Spiritual counselling does not require a ‘religious’ belief system although it is typically grounded in the wisdom that comes from many spiritual traditions.

Ethical counsellors won’t make any attempt to push a set of beliefs onto clients. Spiritual counselling is not about trying to change someone's worldview, but rather, use spirituality to help improve the client's relationship with themselves and the world around them.
